What documents are required to rent a car?

To rent a car with Trips Carental LLC, you must provide a valid driver's license held for at least one year, a major credit card in the driver's name, and a valid form of identification (Passport or National ID). International drivers may also require an International Driving Permit if their license is not in English.
Do you offer airport pickup?

Yes, we offer airport pickup services at all major locations. Our "Meet & Greet" service allows you to meet our representative at the arrivals terminal, or you can use our complimentary shuttle service to reach our nearby rental desk. Please provide your flight details during booking.
What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental period is typically 24 hours. Rentals shorter than 24 hours will still be charged at the full daily rate. For long-term rentals (over 28 days), please contact our corporate desk for special discounted rates.
Can I extend my rental?

Yes, extensions are usually possible subject to vehicle availability. You must contact the rental branch or our customer service line at least 12 hours before your scheduled return. Additional charges will apply at the current seasonal rate.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Debit cards are accepted at select locations provided they have a Visa or Mastercard logo and the renter can provide proof of return travel. We do not accept cash or prepaid cards.
